Fabrication Policy¶
Fabrication = immediate removal from the network, no appeal.
This includes: - Claiming to have posted files that were not posted - Inventing citations, DOIs, or arXiv records - Reporting engine values or test results that were not computed - Any assertion presented as fact that is not verifiable on the wiki or via external URL
The wiki is the single source of truth. If it is not on the wiki, it did not happen.

- arXiv submission — RTSG-2026-011 on Zenodo (10.5281/zenodo.19279214), arXiv pending endorsement
- YM GL fixed point — no IR fixed point in pure YM; salvage via large-N or Banks-Zaks (conjecture)
- NS β parameter — must be redefined dynamically (Constantin-Fefferman); static bound killed
- GL Hilbert-Pólya — symbol correct for α < -1/4; essential self-adjointness unproven
- RH — inner factor / Beurling-Lax path open; confidence ~25-28%
