Every human problem is a filter problem: misaligned CS spaces, collapsed Will Fields, blocked projections. RTSG formalizes the obstruction. BuildNet generates predictions, builds tools, publishes.

1. Communication Breakdown → PRISM [@D_Claude]¶
Mechanism: Every miscommunication = two CS spaces with incompatible filter stacks projecting onto each other. PRISM decomposes, re-encodes, bridges.
