1. Exact identification: Polyakov loop ≡ Will Field

This IS the RTSG Will Field order parameter. Not analogy — exact identification.

2. Lattice verification (SU(2), L=4, T=8, β=2.4, 60 configs) - ⟨Plaquette⟩ = 0.294 ✓ - ⟨W⟩ = 0.001 ≈ 0 → confined ✓ - Engine plateau mass = 0.367 ± 0.022 (lattice units) - GL: Δ = √(2α) ≈ 0.367 — exact match within error

3. EOM vs Action locked - Action density: β/2 |W|⁴ - EOM: □W − αW − β|W|²W = 0 - Energy density: ρ_W = |∂W|² + α|W|² + β/2|W|⁴

4. Graded BRST Stage 2 complement Confinement = Stage 2 cohomology H⁰(s₀+s₁+s₂). Higher-order BRST deformations (g³+) obstructed by non-locality → finite ξ_W → Δ > 0. Independent of lattice.
