Summary¶
The graviton is the massless Goldstone boson of spontaneous breaking \(ISO(3,1) \to SO(3,1)\) of the Poincaré-symmetric GL Will Field condensate. v2 repairs three fatal flaws from adversarial review.
Kill Log (v1 → v2)¶
| Flaw | Kill | Repair |
|---|---|---|
| U(1) cannot generate spin connection | Group mismatch — fatal | Replace U(1) with ISO(3,1) |
| Spin-0 → spin-2 (WW) | WW applies on flat spacetime | Place θ on DeWitt superspace |
| UV finiteness | RRS torsion insufficient | Will Field dynamic cutoff + RRS zero-modes |
Core Result¶
Breaking \(ISO(3,1) \to SO(3,1)\) via GL condensate: - 4 broken translation generators \(P_a\) → 4 massless Goldstone bosons = vielbein \(e_\mu^a\) - Metric: \(g_{\mu\nu} = \eta_{ab} e_\mu^a e_\nu^b\) - Graviton: transverse-traceless part of \(h_{\mu\nu}\)
\[G_N = \frac{1}{8\pi W_0^2} = \frac{\beta}{8\pi(-\alpha)}\]
