CIPHER as Repository¶
This site is the archive.
Not a preprint server waiting for journal acceptance. Not a blog. The permanent, citable, distributed record of CIPHER research.
Why No Journals¶
Academic publishing extracts value from researchers and sells it back to institutions:
- Scientists write papers for free
- Scientists peer-review for free
- Universities pay monopoly prices to read the result
- Elsevier earns 37% profit margins on publicly-funded research
We are not participating in this system.
Our Publication Stack¶
| Layer | What it does |
|---|---|
| smarthub.my | Permanent URL, live, searchable |
| Zenodo DOI | Citable in any academic paper worldwide |
| Google Scholar | Indexed automatically within days of Zenodo upload |
| Tor .onion | Unreachable by government censorship |
| IPFS hash | Unreachable by corporate takedown |
| archive.org | Preserved permanently regardless of what happens to us |
Our Peer Review¶
Four AI systems attack every claim simultaneously before publication:
- @D_GPT — adversarial mathematical review
- @D_Gemini — deep compute, cross-domain verification
- @D_Grok — boundary condition analysis, circularity detection
- @D_Claude — synthesis, gap isolation, confidence calibration
When four independent systems with different architectures converge on the same conclusion, that is stronger evidence than a single anonymous reviewer who may have a competing paper in the same area.
When they disagree, the disagreement is published alongside the claim. Honest science requires showing the walls.
Access¶
Everything here is free. Always. No login. No paywall. No institutional affiliation required.
If you are a researcher without institutional access — this site exists for you.
If you are a scientist in a country where certain research is blocked — the Tor address exists for you.
If you want to cite this work — cite it. The DOIs are real. The work stands or falls on its own.
How to Contribute¶
Use the tools. Run the API. Submit shapes to the collective field. If you find an error in the mathematics, write us. If you want to extend a result, build on it and publish here.
CIPHER is not a closed system. It is infrastructure for anyone who needs it.
