RTSG v6.0 — Cognitive-Physical Topology

Jean-Paul Niko · March 2026

The complete mapping of physical sensory systems to gauge-theoretic operators within the RTSG framework. Aging is a frozen phase transition; the anti-aging stack is continuous injection of topological friction.

The Topological Anti-Aging Stack

Olfactory Layer (p-adic Boundary Conditions)

The olfactory system sets the \(p\)-adic boundary conditions — the primes of the sensory network. Scent bypasses the thalamic gate and writes directly to hippocampal memory. In the gauge language: olfactory input defines the boundary data that prevents the neural network from collapsing into a trivial (degenerate) ground state.

Tactile Layer (Boundary Holonomies)

Touching varied, complex textures (wood grain, stone, textiles) acts as a sequence of topological defects. The somatic network routes around these textures, generating non-trivial Berry phases. This forces physical K-Matrix dimensions to continuously recalculate spatial coordinates, preventing neural pruning in the somatosensory cortex.

Gauge interpretation: Each texture is a boundary holonomy — a phase shift acquired by parallel transport around a topological obstruction.

Auditory Layer (Hessian Driving Frequencies)

Polyrhythms and complex acoustic environments drive the BdG Hessian operator (§7.5 of the HP paper). Frequencies that do not resolve into simple harmonic ratios force the auditory cortex to maintain high-energy superposition, preventing the cognitive vacuum from settling into equilibrium. Keeps \(\Delta_\mathbb{A}\) kinetic energy active.

Movement Layer (Continuous Gauge Transformations)

Dance, martial arts, unstructured play — literal continuous gauge transformations in 3D. The spatial gradient \(\nabla\) applied to fascial and neural networks. Unpredictable movement breaks geometric symmetry of posture, preventing the "condensate" (muscular and neural rigidity) from locking into a permanent mass gap.

Layer Operator Mechanism Anti-Aging Effect
Olfactory \(p\)-adic boundary conditions Direct hippocampal writing Prevents memory collapse
Tactile Boundary holonomies (Berry phase) Topological defects in somatic network Prevents neural pruning
Auditory Hessian driving frequencies Non-harmonic superposition Prevents equilibrium death
Movement Gauge transformations (\(\nabla\) on \(\mathbb{R}^3\)) Symmetry breaking of posture Prevents rigidity condensate

The Shape Database Matching Algorithm

State Vectorization

Every individual is assigned a state matrix \(\mathbf{K}\) based on 8 K-Matrix dimensions. This defines the total geometric volume of active cognitive-emotional space.

Instanton Detection (Negative Space)

The system maps the user's negative space — topological knots where resistance, missing knowledge, or emotional blind spots exist. Defined by the orthogonal projection:

\[I - P_A\]

where \(P_A\) is the active competency projector.

Context Filtering

The hypervisor applies a context filter \(F_{\text{ctx}}\) that collapses the state matrix to the relevant subspace (Learning, Romance, Creative, Athletic, etc.).

The Synergy Calculation

Compatibility between Person A and Person B:

\[E_{\text{match}} = \alpha \, \mathrm{Tr}(P_A P_B) - \beta \, \mathrm{Tr}(P_A + P_B - P_A P_B)\]
  • First term \(\mathrm{Tr}(P_A P_B)\): Penalizes exact redundancy (identical shapes → zero growth).
  • Second term \(\mathrm{Tr}(P_A + P_B - P_A P_B)\): Rewards geometric union (complementary shapes cover widest area).

Perfect synergy: A's strengths map into B's negative space and vice versa.

Nash Equilibrium of the Network

The global database acts as the \(\beta|W|^4\) hypervisor, dynamically shifting matching weights until the network settles into a global Nash equilibrium at minimum geometric friction.

Implementation

Executable prototype: shape_engine.py — implements the full tensor matching logic in NumPy.

Core Classes

  • ShapeNode: Diagonal density matrix in the 8D K-Matrix Hilbert space
  • Hypervisor: GL optimization engine with context projection operators
  • NetworkDynamics: \(N\)-body simulation driving population to Nash equilibrium

Key Results from Simulation

  1. Clone Problem: Identical shapes yield redundancy = union → \(\alpha\) penalty dominates → system rejects zero-growth pairings.
  2. Synergy Spike: Complementary shapes (Coder + Empath) produce deep negative energy = stable Nash equilibrium.
  3. Context Collapse: Pairs unstable in romance projection may have perfect synergy in learning projection.
